Damaged on arrival
If your talisman arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full — your choice.
Change of mind
You may return an unused piece in its original pouch and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was defective.
Process
Email hello@longhucrest.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
One-of-a-kind pieces
Because every piece is unique, replacements for limited drops may not be identical; where an identical replacement is impossible we refund.
