Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to fulfil your order: name, shipping address, email, and payment confirmation (we never see or store full card numbers — payments are processed by our payment providers). If you join our waitlist, we store your email for drop announcements only.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, send transactional updates, and — only if you opted in — occasional product announcements. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties beyond order fulfilment (shipping carrier, payment provider).

Cookies

We use a small set of functional cookies (cart, session) and, with consent, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.

Your rights

You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@longhucrest.com.
